SHIPPING

  • We want to make shipping as easy and affordable for you as possible so all shipping within Fiji is FREE and we charge a flat rate of USD$10 for Standard International Delivery and USD$35 for Fed Ex International Delivery.

  • All orders are shipped from Fiji using registered post with a tracking number. You will be emailed with your order confirmation along with a tracking number and information on how to track your delivery and estimated delivery date.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly - orders@nvmicollection.com

  • Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

PACKAGING

  • Each swimwear item is packaged in an nVmi branded reuseable splash bag and Sarongs in a nVmi branded gift box. We take all care in packaging your item so that there is no damage in transit.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

  • Follow us on Instagram for latest promotional codes #nVmiFiji.  From time to time nVmi has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Voucher Code page (found after you have entered your shipping address details) and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

  • We want to make this part easy, so we offer multiple payment options.

  • Paypal - You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal, you can also just enter your credit card details.

  • Bank transfer or deposit.

  • To make offline payment arrangements just send us an email prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate you.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and once processed your order will be delivered with 3-21 business days depending on where your order is being shipped Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • If you wish to return your purchase for exchange, credit or refund, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

  • Every order includes a returns and exchanges form.

  • Please complete the form and follow instructions to return your purchase. If you misplaced your returns and exchange form you can view and download it below.

OUR RETURN POLICY

  • You must notify nVmi by emailing orders@nvmicollection.com.of your intended return within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification. 

  • You must provide a "proof of purchase" which is your email confirmation from nVmi.

  • You must then complete the provided returns/exchanges form and return the form and product to nVmi.

  • Once you have organized return shipping, please email us with the tracking number so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. You MUST organize return shipping with a tracking number.

  • You must return the Product in its original condition for us to accept the return.

  • We only accept returns of items purchased at the nVmi collection online boutique. Refunds will not be given for nVmi products purchased from various nVmi stockists.

  • No exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items.

  • Once a return has been submitted we are unable to change or cancel the return. 

  • We are unable to redirect exchanges once they have been dispatched.

 

Once your return is received, nVmi will complete the following steps.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

  • If the item/s you are returning is of higher value than the item/s you have chosen to exchange with then we will issue you with a refund of that amount less shipping cost. For vice versa we will contact you for further payment before starting the exchange process. We will also contact you for further shipping costs if the exchange is International.

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

  • Once your return is received we will email you a store credit voucher to the total amount of your returned purchase (less shipping cost for International orders). Your emailed store credit will be valid for one year to be used on the nVmi online boutique only.

RETURN FOR REFUND

  • If you have requested a refund we will credit you the total amount of your returned purchase (less shipping cost for International orders)

SHIPPING

  • Our nVmi online store policy of shipping costs, if applicable, also applies to exchanged items. For all International returns you are responsible for the ensuing cost for the return shipment of the Product if there are further shipping costs we will contact you for further payment before starting the exchange process.

  • On International returns you must mark that the goods are being returned on the courier company's consignment so that the Product does not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.

  • Your return MUST have a tracking number, and we MUST be notified of how to track your return.

  • You will be provided with a tracking number and information on how to track your exchanged item. 

REFUND PAYMENTS

  • Refunds can only be credited back in the same way as was used to make the original purchase. If you used Paypal then we will refund you via paypal, If you direct deposited into our account then we will direct deposit back to yours, etc.

Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order. 

  • Credits and refunds will be processed within 72 hours of being received by nVmi however, depending on which bank your account is held with please allow up to 7 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
